If, after your initial consultation, you decide that you’d like to take advantage of the benefits of life coaching, then contracting will be done on a monthly basis. The standard arrangement is for three 30-40 minute sessions per month plus additional retainer services via email, fax and brief “spot coaching calls.” Sessions are most often conducted over the phone because of the convenience and flexibility it offers people. “In Person” local appointments may also be arranged for an additional fee.
It is important to enter into the life coaching process with the mindset of devoting a significant amount of time and energy. It generally takes three to six months for life change to take root. So to get the full benefits from life coaching, you should anticipate committing to coaching for a period of three to six months. However, you may choose to discontinue coaching at anytime.
The fee for the standard coaching package is $325 per month. Tailored coaching packages are available in order to respond to the changing needs of the client as the coaching process progresses. For example, if after being coached for four months, you have made some significant progress in achieving your goals and you no longer require the intensity of meeting three times a month, but would like the continued support and accountability to ensure that the changes stick, we can arrange to meet less frequently for an adjusted monthly fee.
Special quantity discount pricing is available for staff development within organizations.
What is the difference between counseling and life coaching?
They both serve important roles in people’s lives. As a therapist, the focus is primarily on people’s pain and the goal is to bring healing into that person’s life. Life Coaching, on the other hand, works best with emotionally healthy people who are eager to improve their life and develop their God given potential.
Is this discipleship?
Discipleship is usually focused primarily on the spiritual aspect of a person. Life coaching focuses more holistically on a person’s life. While Life Coaching may encompass components of discipleship, it is also much more broad in it’s area of focus.
What makes your life coaching “Christian?”
As a Christian, Robbie fully integrates his faith into his coaching practice. His presuppositions about people are rooted in the Christian Faith. He explores God’s calling with his clients and helps them to align their lives with what God is calling them to. Life enrichment is always secondary to the primary purpose in life – loving God and enjoying Him forever.
What are the benefits of Christian Life Coaching?
As clients begin to live their lives in concert with God’s plan for them, they experience a greater degree of fulfillment, purpose, passion, balance, joy, and peace.
