I am a mental health counselor with a Christian worldview that is passionate about walking alongside individuals through life’s challenges while fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages growth, healing and the development of a stronger sense of self. With a compassionate, biblical, and evidence-based counseling approach, I specializes in providing the tools and support necessary for individuals to achieve their mental health goals.

With experience in working with individuals facing diverse trauma, I am committed to creating a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences without judgment. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, partnering with clients to identify their unique strengths and challenges, and utilizing effective techniques tailored to each individual’s needs.

As a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) premarital and marital assessment provider I am well-equipped to support couples in strengthening their relationships and navigating the complexities of partnership. Previously, I worked at Metropolitan Ministries in the counseling department, where I gained invaluable experience assisting clients with a wide range of trauma-related needs.

Fee: $115 per 50 minute session
