Other Info:
I provide therapy services for a diverse population to include: all ranges of adults, teens, and families. As a previous pastor of 5 years, I have experience working with and assisting countless individuals and families attain the optimal level of wellness they are seeking in life.
I do not like to follow a single-minded approach, but rather cater my counseling style to meet the individual where they are at. It is my desire to collaboratively work together to establish a plan that fits your unique identity and personality. My approach can be considered holistic as I truly believe we were created to have our mind, body, and spirit work cohesively together in order to function at the most healthy level possible. Some of the therapeutic techniques I incorporate into my practice are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Person Centered, Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. This simply implies that I prefer to cater my techniques to what will work best for the individual.
Whether you are an individual concerned with with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, self-esteem, grief, relational stresses, or any other concerns, I am available to assist you in achieving the stability we all search for in life through optimizing the strengths you already possess.
